“UNIQUE VENUE”

Our premises are a Grade 11 listed building situated in the heart of the small Pennine village of Skelmanthorpe near Huddersfield.

Dating back to the 18th century the structure incorporates two beautiful Cruck barns with original timbered roofs. Whilst a stone lintel, over a long ago disussed entrance carries an inscribed heart reading “William and Mary 1700″adding to the historic ambiance of the venue.

We have various areas and spaces for use.

Our main meeting room is a versatile space which can accommodate around 60 delegates theatre-style or 25 conference style. The area is equipped with audio visual equipment and in the past has been used for meetings, conferences, business shows and exhibitions.

Many companies use the facilities to incorporate a company meeting as part of their team development event.

Our Mezzanine area

Our mezzanine floor provides a galleried area with a birds eye view of the main meeting space. It is equiped with projector and screen and can  be used as a seperate presentation area or meeting space. It can seat up to  20 theatre style and 10 people conference style.

Our Crime SCENES

Our crime scenes provide a totally different environment to the usual run of the mill meeting spaces. Our “street square” is extremely versatile and can be used as a theatre style presentation area, exhibition space or even market stall area. Whilst our crime rooms can be used as breakout spaces,
